Cleaning/tear-down must be completed within your allotted rental period. If your evening event and tear-down go past midnight, there will be a $100 per hour charge.

Setup or Teardown (optional)
The dance floor and sound system are setup at no additional charge. If you would like us to setup tables and chairs per your specifications the charge is $100. The charge is $100 for us to clean and take down the tables and chairs. You may choose to do your own setup and tear down if you prefer.
This deposit is if you decide to bring in your own food, rather than using a licensed caterer. It will be returned less any cleaning fees.
